Heal the physical, emotional, mental and energy bodies to heal PTSD, Depression and Anxiety
Adopt a high nutrient diet. Only eat foods with a lot of vitamins, minerals and anti oxidants. Eat primarily whole fresh vegetables and fruit (with some nuts, seeds and whole grains- raw and organic is best – eat a lot of green leafy vegetables, especially spinach and kale.
Avoid processed foods and refined sugar – generally speaking, they are toxic and are not nutritious and have no fiber and contain a lot of refined sugar/high fructose corn syrup and sodium.

Meditate Daily. Start with five minutes a day and increase over time.
Zone out meditation before sleep – lie down, close your eyes, center yourself in your heart, breathe into your heart and focus solely on your breath as you get deeply relaxed.
